ABSTRACT

The applicant was employed as a gas converter by the respondents from 1.2.74 until 9.6.75. The applicant claims that he was unfairly dismissed ... The respondents deny that the applicant was dismissed. They claim that he resigned from his employment with the respondents in circumstances that did not entitle him to terminate the contract without notice by reason of their conduct. Putting the matter more shortly, the question at issue was whether the applicant had been constructively dismissed by the respondents.
