ABSTRACT
If, in a particular case, the court considers that it was reasonable for a party’s legal representative to attend the trial to assist the advocate, if that party is awarded costs, the court can award an additional amount of £250 in addition to the fast track trial costs for the attendance of the legal representative (r 46.3(2)).
