ABSTRACT
In the county court, if the judgment debtor fails to attend the examination, the court can adjourn the examination and make a further order in Form N39 for his attendance at the adjourned hearing. The court may also order that further payments are paid into court and not to the judgment debtor (CCR Ord 25 r 3(4)).
