ABSTRACT
The book is thoughtfully organised into eight parts, well indexed and easy to use. Since the first edition was published in 1978 there have been important legislative reforms and a substantial expansion in the case law. New sections and chapters have been included concerning title security, disguised charges, disguised floating charges, foreign charges, constructive trusts, preferential and subordinated debt and charge enforcement restraints in insolvency. Proposals for reform and policy issues as at 31 August 1995 are also discussed.
