ABSTRACT
The Personal Pension Scheme (Advertisement) Regulations SI 1990/1140 apply to the content of advertisements for personal pension schemes where contributions are invested in interest bearing accounts. The Regulations specify the matters which must be included in such advertisements, and the basis on which projections of future benefit are to be made. These are likely to be amended in the foreseeable future.
