ABSTRACT

The outcome is similar to that for ethmoidal tumours, and indeed the majority of primary nasal tumours arise high and laterally and behave in a similar fashion to those arising in the ethmoid sinus. Rarer tumours arising low down in the nose are those to which more limited surgery is applicable. As with any radical nasal excision, a cavity will result which will form crusts initially and require attention in the early months after surgery.
