ABSTRACT

An order made by the arbitrator is an order which the parties must obey. He can enforce it by means of an adverse order in costs, or if there is a flagrant refusal by a party to comply either the arbitrator or a party may apply to the court to vest the arbitrator with the powers of a judge.
