ABSTRACT
It is crucial that the personnel are adequately paid and the salary should be commensurate with the position and responsibilities. What level is appropriate is always difficult to determine but, in view of the implications of their involvement, a suggested figure would be an hourly rate in the region of parity with a middle grade solicitor in private practice.
