ABSTRACT
Other pathogens (15% of cases) affecting the lung include: • cytomegalovirus (CMV); • mycobacterium avium intracellulare; • mycobacterium tuberculosis; • pneumococcus; • haemophilus influenzae; • legionella; • klebsiella; • Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS): 15% of patients have pulmonary involvement; • lymphoid interstitial pneumonitis (LIP).
