CONTENT OF THE RULES
We saw earlier, in Chapter 2, that a rule book will have many provisions dealing with the government and financial administration of the union. There will also be a variety of other rules. For example, rules on membership will specify who is eligible to join, outline the categories or classes of membership, subscription rates and any other conditions of membership. Rules on the discipline and expulsion of members will establish the system of fines or other sanctions and outline the procedure to be followed for the imposition of these penalties.
