ABSTRACT
The decisions of the German Federal Constitutional Court have been the subject of surprisingly little attention in the English-speaking world.2 However, in recent years the linguistic barriers to consulting this extensive body of constitutional law have been greatly reduced as a result of painstaking translation work. This article seeks to make that work more accessible to researchers.
