L28 Letter to the MIB requesting confirmation that it has no interest in the case

Please also confirm that on issue of proceedings, no notice of issue of proceedings or any other notices are required to be given to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) pursuant to the 1999 Uninsured Drivers Agreement. Until such written confirmation is received from the MIB and the insurer, we will have no alternative but to correspond with both parties, and provide notice of issue to both parties, thereby increasing the costs in this matter.
