ABSTRACT
This chapter summarises the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (Compensation of Victims of Uninsured Drivers) Agreement 1988 (‘the 1988 Agreement’), highlighting the main differences between that and the 1999 Agreement. Reference is made to the earlier chapters in relation to the 1999 Agreement where the law remains the same.1
