ABSTRACT
Questions on the economic torts are popular with examiners, as not only is it an important topic, but it has also been the subject of important developments. In addition, the exact scope of some of the torts is subject to some uncertainty, calling for a careful analysis of some decisions of the courts. This is a complex area, and candidates should only attempt questions if they have a reasonably good and up to date knowledge of the topics.
