ABSTRACT
Some of the chapters of this book have examined the legal requirements for IT contracts themselves as well as software licensing and domain names. The legal issues facing start-up IT companies have also been examined. The rules of taxation applicable to IT transactions have also been considered. Compliance with the provisions of law considered in these chapters will ensure that all IT contracts will be applicable and enforceable in this jurisdiction.
