ABSTRACT
Many studies show that Earth’s climate is changing mainly as a result of the increasing concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere that are emitted from burning of fossil fuels (Keeling and Whorf 2004). Thus, minimizing the consumption of fossil fuels, undertaking energy conservation measures, and renewable energy development activities have gained international focus, and many countries are engaged in the implementation of such activities.
