Dairy cow disease diagnosis is rather an important process because it may impact the dairy cow breeding, milk process and the consumption on market. According to statistics, the national amount of livestock on hand is 10.63 million in 2004, increased 149 percent to 1998, that is 16.4 percent increase per year ( http: //www.gxny.net). The stockbreeding must face the new challenges brought by the drastically competition. Only high quality can take possession of the market. It is crucial that prevent the livestock disease oecumenically and effectively to reduce the cost, increase the production and improve the quality. However, the incidence of dairy cow disease is high. Failure of dairy cow disease detection is an important reason for considerable losses of income in dairy farming. It severely reduces the out-put and quality of milk product. Thus, how to help dairyman to diagnose, treat and prevent disease timely and effectively poses a serious challenge for China authorities and research organizations.
