Towards Measuring the Success of ICT Supported Knowledge Transfer Based on D&M-KT Model

In light of ICT-KT being one division of broad IS applications, the major frame of D&M model should be valid. Further, to reach a specification of the research focus on knowledge transfer, some knowledge management grounds should also be incorporated into the model with critical adaptation. The contradiction of contemporary knowledge management thought and D&M model is raised in two areas: the distinction of information and knowledge; and the transferability of ICT for knowledge.
