ABSTRACT
The entries in this part of the book show the diverse structures and length scales that are encountered in micro-and nanofabrication. Here, nine research groups demonstrate interesting structures from the fields of materials science and device engineering. Each entry consists of one or more micrographs together with accompanying explanatory text and a list of references for further information.
