ABSTRACT
In recent years, RRAM has become more and more popular, as shown in Fig. 10.1. Figure 10.2 lists some typical RRAM materials and test chips reported in some most famous conferences. It is noticeable that the number of publications about RRAM test chip has increased rapidly in the past three years. Table 10.1 lists the test chips and the key points.
