ABSTRACT
This chapter firstly gives a brief introduction to the technique of full-
field optical coherence microscopy/tomography (FF-OCM/FF-OCT),
which is one extension of optical coherence tomography (OCT). The
principle of FF-OCT and its performances are briefly discussed. We
also demonstrate some application examples in embryology and
developmental biology, which are of high value for preimplantation
genetic diagnosis.
