ABSTRACT
It is well known that deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a biopolymer
with a helical structure, carrying genetic information for all the lives
on the earth, and contained in a nucleus of the cell, which constitutes
the lives. DNA can be expressed as the root of the life. The DNA
molecule is a polyphosphate of super molecular weight from 107 to
3×109 base pair (bp)with a double-helical structure composed of AT and G-C base pairs made from the four bases adenine (A), thymine
(T), guanine (G), and cytosine (C), which carry the genetic codes.
