ABSTRACT
This book is aimed at teachers who wish to improve their professional practice and will help them to think about current practice, not only in terms of skills and competences to be developed, but also areas of knowledge to be enriched. The model of knowledge bases presented is a valuable framework for reflecting on practice and for analyzing professional development needs.
