What would a gender just public policy look like? What criteria should such policies meet? In Part Two, the framework will be applied to the area of health care policy, specifically medical research and health care financing and delivery. An analysis of past policies will be made, as well as an analysis of the recently enacted and proposed changes. First published in 1998.
