ABSTRACT
Although the basic mechanisms of the antioxidant action ofphosphites seem to be clear, some details, especially cooperative effects with other stabilizers and the contribution of the different reactions of the phosphorus compounds to the overall-stabilizing performance in the polymer, discussions are still contradictory and need to be further investigated.
