FANCONI ANAEMIA Fanconi anaemia-an autosomal recessive disorder of short stature, skeletal anomalies and bone marrow aplasia-has an increased incidence of leukaemias and solid tumours, including oral carcinoma ( Fig. 1.4.4 ). Microdontia and hypodontia are the main dental manifestations.
