ABSTRACT

This chapter provides some templates to help teacher plan. The mission statement and vision must be communicated to and shared with all stakeholders, and each one should clearly understand their role. After teacher know what the mission is, and then teacher can create a vision statement, which describes exactly what it looks like. A fluency plan articulates the exact steps that teachers are going to take to achieve the mission and reach the vision. Schools need a fluency plan that guides teachers both horizontally and vertically. If teacher are serious about raising the achievement levels of teachers students with basic fact fluency, then teacher need a detailed plan. A plan starts with a shared mission statement, continues with a shared vision statement, and culminates with a fluency plan. The fluency plan is a detailed articulation of what is going to happen and when that is based on the current data.
