ABSTRACT

We present recent progress in graphene material, graphene eld-effect transistors (GFETs), heterostructures, and potentially disruptive radio frequency (RF) applications of GFETs such as linear mixers and high dynamic range radiometers. Continuous development of emerging graphene would potentially improve existing RF systems and integration with standard Si/III-V radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) similar to heterogeneous integration efforts, and enable a new generation of high-performance RFICs.
