ABSTRACT
Sample production procession: (1) Clean glass substrate, (2) Vacuum deposition. To avoid the influence of light exposure, the sample is placed in a sealed metal box. During the process of preparing, CuPc evaporation temperature at 420°C at a base pressure of about 10-5Pa,and the substrate temperature is room temperature. CuPc film thickness between upper and lower layers is about 200nm, the evaporation rate is 0.05 nm/s, and effective area of sample is 0.025 cm2.
