ABSTRACT

In order to prevent diet-related diseases, canteens should be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to analyze the food safety of university canteens. Our research interviewed 600 college students. According to the four characteristics of canteen staff: personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene, customer satisfaction, and service quality. In this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to establish a university canteen evaluation system based on the level of sub-elements, and a food safety score is determined. The simulation result shows that the evaluation result is 85.7730 points, which is very satisfactory. The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation. Verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
