ABSTRACT
Probability theory is employed to research the phenomenon of random number law. From it is proposed firstly in 1654, probability theory has a history of more than three hundred years to date. The fuzzy probabilistic method is one of the mathematical evaluation models. In 1965, the concept of Fuzzy set had been proposed and the theory had founded to research the problem of fuzziness and uncertainty by the American professor, L.A.zdahe, of computer and control theory. After 40 years of researching and development, it becomes a vibrant branch of mathematics. Nowadays, the method of fuzzy probability has widely applied on the heavy metals in the soil and monitoring of water pollution.
