ABSTRACT
When newspaper or magazine readers read sports articles, they are seldom concerned—or perhaps never notice—the structure of an article: the internal order or organization of that article. There is, in fact, no reason for a reader to be concerned about structure. Readers read articles for entertainment, information, education, and amusement.
