During this period, OC has always been embedded in people and human beings who consolidate the internal focus of organizations. OC has evolved in a multidimensional fashion affecting organizational life by influencing every organizational dimension from a firm’s mission to its structure, through leading change and innovation, seeking high performance and aligning with ethical behavior.
