After conditioning and treating are completed and the seed are in condition to be marketed, seed are packaged into bags or containers of specific net weight. Bagging is the last operation in which seed are handled in bulk flow, and it makes future operations easier by:
1. Dividing the larger seed lot into smaller units of specific weight, which meet farmers’ needs and can be marketed easily.
