Organizations today are in a continuous state of change. In the past, individuals were called upon once in a while to adjust and change their work patterns and then had time to master this new process. Today things are changing so fast we seldom become comfortable with one change in the way we do business before it has been changed again. There literally are hundreds of change activities

going on in all organizations at the same time, and many individuals are impacted by a number of different processes that are changing simultaneously.
