The energy reduction deployment checklist contains the essentials to building an efficient and effective energy reduction deployment plan. Organizations’ energy plans come in a lot of different formats. Its purpose is to formulate a plan that can be used to communicate to the organization the actions planned and the approved by management to accomplish the energy reduction goal. The possible actions should be listed and estimates as to how much they could contributed toward achieving the goal should be developed. There is no scientific method to accomplish these estimates, but the procedure used should be able to be replicated later if needed. An organizational culture dedicated to helping reduce energy consumption and cost is much desired to reduce energy and to continuously improve the processes and deployment.
