ABSTRACT
Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), for example, defines green infrastructure mainly in terms of storm water management (USEPA 2010). In this view, green infrastructure is undistinguishable from “low-impact development” or LID, an approach focused on the hydrologic cycle and hydrologically sound strategies for site development (PGC 1999; Schueler and Holland 2000; Schueler 2005; Schueler et al. 2007).
