ABSTRACT
A 43-year-old woman with a 3-year history of poorly controlled hypertension, headaches, sweats, and palpitations is admitted to the hospital with acute myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure. Echocardiography shows global hypokinesis and a left ventricular ejection fraction of 10%. Coronary angiography is normal. Finding on computed tomography of the abdomen is shown here.
