ABSTRACT
Description: Cerezyme is a recombinant modified (macrophage targeted) human βglucocerebrosidase enzyme. It is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and is supplied in a lyophilized form (200 IU activity per vial) to be reconstituted and diluted before administration by intravenous infusion.
