This concluding chapter presents a brief and integrative review of the current knowledge of Eastern European immigrant families, underlining again the importance of focusing on families instead of only on individuals in our efforts to understand immigrants. A concise summary of each chapter is included. The book ends with a section on recommendations for research and practices.
