ABSTRACT
As the rapid development of the society, the requirement of a communication system is higher than before. There is huge potential of optical fiber communication thanks to its features as little amount of wastage, big bandwidth, small size, light weight as well as its convenience in transportation and installation. During the several decades of research and development, optical cables, devices and systems have been updating the species and improving the functions, the fact which makes the optical communication the most important in information network (Jiang & Huang 2004). Now, the optical network with a huge capacity of transmission has been used all around the world, no matter above or beneath the land, the fact which provides a wide and reliable stage for rapidly increased information to transmit (Huang 2000).
