ABSTRACT
This chapter highlights the universality and importance of groups across all cultures and societies. It provides the scope and a brief summary of how the book started and some of the key areas covered. This chapter ends with a hope that the reader is inspired to learn more regarding social identities and diversity issues in group psychotherapy, and sees the ending of this book as a new beginning for what is next to come in our learning as group psychotherapists.
