ABSTRACT
When the Inquiry Team was starting up, my manager invited me to get involved as it could study the learning from my previous job as ‘Community Links’ worker. Participating in the Inquiry Team and undertaking Collaborative Action Research was entirely voluntary and I welcomed the opportunity to have my conclusions, thinking, and learning, challenged on the three years I had been involved in this community development approach to improving community health and well-being.
