ABSTRACT
As the key equipment in the automatic meter reading system using low-voltage power line carrier (also named Low-voltage PLC system), the concentrator is responsible for automatic data acquisition and management, which comes from electric energy meters in the same area. In other words, the concentrator is the centralized data processor[1−5]. Meanwhile, Lowvoltage PLC system requires that the concentrator must work in real-time online mode, permanently maintain contact with the master station, ready to respond to various commands from the master station, and promptly report a variety of unusual circumstances to the main station[6−9].
