ABSTRACT
The development of a lighting design concept involves applying the observation-based experience discussed in Part One to a design situation. Chapter 4 has shown different ways in which elements of experience and knowledge may be brought together to achieve a design concept or a work of art. In this chapter we look specifically at how a lighting designer brings together the elements of a lighting design concept.
