ABSTRACT
Let us look at this problem of world population and international tensions from another angle— the angle of widespread poverty, hunger, famine and Avar, side by side with almost endless acres of relatively empty, partially used and potentially useful land awaiting development. If hunger is granted to be one of the basic causes of international ill-will and tensions, this aspect of the problem deserves to be examined from three points of view.
