ABSTRACT
A mathematical model describing the ambient water quality in a part of the West Morava watershed is used for evaluating different water quality protection policies. For anticipated degrees of ambient water quality protection, the necessary decrease of pollution emission for 1990 is evaluated and costs are estimated.
