ABSTRACT
The research methodology discussed in this chapter is based on the bricolage philosophy. We considered a variety of information and data gathering techniques and analysis for the study. Previous studies carried out individually or collaboratively between 1999 and 2015 are also highlighted; the studies drew attention to five critical issues associated with creating the framework.
