ABSTRACT
The start of a good idea It's a nice badge to wear - 'we have our own website'. It is as if this statement alone that makes a Vocational Training Scheme (VTS) 'up to date' and 'at the cutting edge of technology'. The internet is littered with the empty shells of websites that started off on this basis. However, a website can be used as a successful educational tool and an asset to any VTS. This can be assisted and made easier by following certain rules and that the purpose of this chapter is expounding these rules.
