ABSTRACT

There are a number of critical issues that need to be considered when developing IL curriculum in turbulent times. This chapter deliberates on two broad areas of management education: (1) developing new management curricula, content, and educational processes to fit the changing times; and (2) developing adaptive, reflexive/reflective ped-andragogical approaches to support personal resilience and flexibility during turbulence. We draw mainly from literature that is philosophically and empirically grounded.
